The film is an attempt at cataloguing all gestures of prayers across world religions, with an accent on catholicism, simply because this is my personal experience. A gesture of prayer is an attempt to link ourselves to the universe, via our body and a symbolic geometry. 

These prayers are however often recited more like recipes.
